I recently tried the Ultimate Carnivore Snack, and I honestly had a really good experience with it. It arrived neatly packaged, and everything inside was individually sealed with clear labeling, which made it feel fresh and well put together. When I opened it, I liked that you can immediately see the variety different meat sticks like original, teriyaki, honey BBQ, jalapeño, plus a few jerky packs in different flavors.

Always an easy and pleasant experience ordering from Miller Bison. Found out late we were hosting Christmas dinner, knew we needed something different than Turkey or ham when short ribs from Miller Bison came to mind. Ordered on a Saturday, order fulfilled on Monday arrived cross country on Wednesday. Final meal which I’m upset I forgot to get pics of was fall off the bone tinder that got great feedback and reviews from guests.

We had a mix of New York, Rib Eye,, and Tenderloin. They were all cooked medium rare and seasoned with only salt and pepper. Cooked on a small Cuisinart camp grill. They were tender and had a wonderful flavor. This is the only way to eat red meat.

Ordered a 6 lb brisket. My first order. Very impressed with the packaging and delivery. Brisket was lean, no trimming of fat required. Rubbed and slow cooked with hickory smoke to 205 degrees, wrapped in paper and rested for 1 hour. Had dinner with 5 people...the brisket was the star of the meal. I'll be ordering from Miller Bkson again.

The meat is awesome. We have been having VERY hot weather in the Sacramento Valley, so some of our order was thawed upon arrival , but Anthony responds immediately to our calls and has gone to great lengths to ensure the meat is healthy. We have refrozen the thawed portions, and this week grilled several of the refrozen steaks, and they were delicious. In the future, we will probably order the bison in the colder months, just to be safe, but we will order again.

I've never been fond of the 'sticks' until I tried yours, and rather than share them, I ate them ALL. Others I have tried always tasted greasy (or something other) to me, and I hadn't bought them for years and years. This was my first experience at trying Buffalo jerky too, and I LOVE it. I have a problem with 'salt' so have to be mindful in spite of loving jerky. I am enjoying every bite and moresel of your products!
