I ordered 8 pairs of socks, for family members of 4 different dogs. They did a great job with the photos of the dogs that were light in colour or light and dark. The photos of the dark dog came back as a black blob, unrecognizable as an animal, and was very disappointing. However, I contacted customer service and they remade the socks, and the second attempt came out great. The socks made every family smile and giggle, which was the reaction I was hoping for.

I gave the socks to various family members with pictures of their own dogs on them. Everyone loved them. The quality is good and they wash well. Slightly pricy but overall very happy with them.

Sadly the image of our puppy did not translate to a sharp image and we were sent socks that look like a silhouette of the head - so a black blob. I have tried contacting customer service in NZ on the email on website ali@lunasocks.com but have not heard anything back. Unhappy customer.
