The socks are so cute, and customer service is great for the most part. One order I received had a pair of socks that had the wrong dog on it, and my dog was apparently sent to someone else. I contacted customer service, and they sent me another pair with my dog's picture. Unfortunately, one of the dog's ears shows as just a dark spot, (the original photo shows both ears) which makes the photo look kind of strange. Good fun product. My wife loved the socks with a picture of our dog. The images are not as sharp as the adverts suggest and it would be better if the website had advice on what makes a good photo. However the final result was recognisable as our dog and the socks made us smile.

They are good, soft fabric, colours bright. The only thing that could have been better is that the print of the dogs face wasn't as bright and clear, but that could have been because my images weren't great quality... make sure you upload one with high contrast.
