See attached photo… this is unacceptable!! I just gave this to my daughter as a delayed Christmas gift and she laughed ‘ ‘what is this supposed to be?!’ The image is a blob, not the dogs image that I sent… How could you send this to a customer? Poor quality, arrived LATE and one of the socks was not even for my order, but instead of some completely random dog. When I asked for a full refund, they offered me 100% off as if I would want another set of these poorly made socks with clearly no quality control. I was then assured that I would receive my refund in 3-7 working days, but I am yet to receive this. If I do not receive my refund within 3 more days, I will have to take further action. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CRAPPY COMPANY.

I’m a bit disappointed after receiving the socks. My dog’s face is not clear at all. I bought three pairs, and I expected my dog’s face to be as visible as the pictures on the website. The quality is ok. Overall, I don’t think the socks are worth the money.

Very disappointed expensive socks and image is terrible just a black indistinguishable blur. A reputable company should contact you if they cannot make a good image for any reason and either not go ahead or ask for another image.
