Delivery time was dreadful. Was meant to be a small stocking filler present but didn’t receive until after Christmas when I ordered with should have been enough time to get my item before hand. When I received my item the quality is absolutely terrible. Can barely make out my image. Really dark and pixelated. Also the quality of the sock is very poor as well.

Appreciate it was Christmas time so super busy, but I tried to get in touch repeatedly and no reply until after Christmas (bit late). I’d actually got in touch with my bank thinking it was a scam. The socks have arrived but I wouldn’t use Luna socks again; at £20 a pair of socks I’d expect a much better derive and product ☹️

I don't think the company name should be so prominent — should we have to pay for a product AND give it free advertising? I would think you could put the name on the bottom of the socks unless we're getting some kind of freebies! Also the black dog came out WAY too dark! I would also assume given your experience, you would lighten up a photo of a black dog enough to make it more readable/recognizable!

Ordered on 17th December as a Christmas gift. No mentioning anywhere on website that they were full and unable to ship for Xmas. I had to email to chase only to be told a standard response of it would be there in new year. Socks arrived in new year and the quality was good of the sock itself but the print quality was naff. For a small business, no apology, no getting to the customer before they chase. This is what makes a company or breaks. I won’t be using again.
