Besides arriving nearly 2 weeks after Christmas, the photos on the socks are extremely bad quality. You almost can’t tell what it he photo is. Very disappointed with the product and the service. Will not be a returning customer or recommend this product.

Great service, but unfortunately the for the price paid, the quality wasn’t up to standard. The colours are out and the socks have gone bobbly after just one wear. A fun novelty gift in any case. Just a tad disappointing.

When I placed the order I received no tracking updates or confirmation of the order, hence the 3 stars. I did send an email asking for confirmation and updates and I was quickly sent a reply providing both. When the product arrived it was decent quality with the image being a little dark however it was still clear to see. Overall, the product itself was decent however not worth the money paid and you may see yourself not provided with tracking information unless you ask.

Ordered as a Christmas present. Paid for express delivery. Never arrived. Finally turned up on 29th December with a tacky card effectively saying " sorry we didn't get your Christmas delivery to you, never mind eh!" Really unprofessional and shoddy service. Avoid, or allow 3 times the stated delivery time.

Horrible experience with this company. They claim delivery within 5-10 days with express shipping. It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order and still hasn't arrived. I had to send an email enquiring about my order and then they created a shipping label. Also on regular post, so the express shipping is a lie. Haven't even seen the actual product and I'm already dissapointed.
