I’ve only had this bag since mother’s day (approximately 3 months) and the handles have worn terribly. I work from home so I haven’t even used it very much and have yet to travel on a plane with it. Very disappointing with all the positive reviews.

Very disappointing and low quality for something that markets itself as an affordable luxury. The seam came off my bag less than a year after I got it. Reached out to customer service and didn't hear back. Would rather buy strathberry or cuyana which don't feel like rip offs.

I was super excited about this bag at first - the design is perfect and I was interested to try a vegan leather brand. However, within the first four months the paint started peeling off the piping all the way around the bag. Completely appalling! I ordered this as a replacement for a faulty Carolina bag. While the outer box was sealed and dry, the moment I opened the inner plastic, I was hit with a strong smell of urine. The bag and packaging were soaked.
This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. It seriously makes me question the brand’s quality control and handling standards.

The bag is beautiful, well polished, and chic. The only downside is its weight! It’s heavy and hurts my shoulder even when I don’t have a lot of stuff in it, which defeats its purpose of being spacious and fits a lot of stuff.

Bag won’t stay closed no matter what I do. Content is one key and a small cardholder, so it’s not because there is too much in the bag. I wanted to exchange for a more expensive bag, but because I only have dust bag and not original tag that’s not an option. I’m stuck with a $268 bag that was a birthday gift and doesn’t close.

I am honestly beyond disappointed. I was super excited for this bag because the color was honestly gorgeous but I received it with a blemish the first time and was offered a replacement, only for the replacement to have a tiny cut by the magnetic closure. Also, the initial order was shipped the next day but the expedited replacement wasnt shipped until I inquired about it which was about a week later. It really makes me question their quality control.

I really REALLY wanted to love this bag and desperately needed a work bag so I really wanted this bag to work. Unfortunately it's just too wide on my petite frame (5'2). The quality and shape are perfect and definitely fits a 16" laptop. If it were just a couple inches less wide (still large enough to fit the 16") and had a travel strap it would be perfect and I would pay even more for it. Unfortunately have to return.
