Pretty much exactly what you expect. Sturdy enough to do weighted exercises but light enough to easily transport (I take mine to a generic gym). Also it's wide enough to use for shoulder width activities unlike all of the cheap Amazon boards. Price is reasonable too compared to other higher end boards. One star off for me because mine came a little dinged up and grip tape has some bubbles.
