I was looking for a bench to train nordic curls but I wasn’t happy with most on the market as they aren’t really useful for anything else. Once I found this one from Freak Athlete I was honestly skeptical that it could do everything as well as it claimed, but it performs exactly as advertised in as compact of a package as you could ask for. There is a bit of a learning curve to moving it between configurations efficiently, but that’s a small price to pay for such a versatile piece of equipment....
