Perfect for my small home gym. It’s able to stand upright against my wall to reduce the amount of space it takes up. Transitioning between modes has been really easy. I’m a complete newbie when it comes to nordic curls, but the ability to do progressions with this equipment is extremely helpful and my hamstrings and knees are already getting stronger after about 2 weeks of use. There is a lot to say about the Nordic Hyper GHD, the biggest thing is the amount of options you get in one piece of equipment. I have used it for nordic curls, split squats, back hyperextensions, and the GHDs. I’m 6”2, so to do the GHDs I lower the back of the bench down to 20 instead of 45 to get a better range of motion. My first concerns the noise it would make sledding on the sidewalk and let me tell you - DON'T WORRY ABOUT THAT!! It makes noise yes but the video proves it's relatively quite considering. I have nothing negative to say about this FA-GHD, it is very well thought out. Great quality, easy to assemble, small footprint, extremely versatile, adjusts smoothly, fairly priced, and is quite sturdy.
