I have ordered off Kalade various times and absolute love the moisturiser, cleanser and body lotion. I have severe eczema and am allergic to most skin care products but these products I have never had an issue with. When I initially ordered the package got lost in transit and when I notified kalade they sent out not only a new one but some freebies along with it. Most companies would just say too bad not our fault so I wasn’t even expecting to get another package (which I am truly grateful for)
