I've only used the Seranova microneedling system 3 times, so no real visible results yet. However, I've had microneedling at med spas before and what Seranova offers is legit! I had an issue with receiving my shipment last month. I truly believe that it's someone in the post office as a few pieces of my regular mail didn't arrive either. I contacted customer support and I was blown away. I was ready to have to pay for another shipment. I was told that they would send out another shipment free of charge. I was so relieved.
