I need these to breathe. Without them, working and sleeping is like being choked out by my nasal passages. . . , but as long as you clean the surface of your nose very well, so it's not oily, and stored the adhesive strips in a proper location that won't get wet they last well enough. I try to keep mine for two days or three if my nose hasn't sweated them off and then it's just a hard scrub with a towel to get that residue off before recleaning the skin and adding new patches. They arrived after the date, I have used it and they have seemed very good to me but they do not last positions, the force when pulling makes it lose strength and take off, I choose to use microporous tape to see if it lasts longer

It arrived early! Yayy! I can't wait to see how well it works for my husband! I really hope it helps with snoring as much as everyone says it does! We shall see! I love this thing! Works precisely the way it's supposed to. You have to watch the magnets on the nose piece as they sometimes fall out. Easy to put into place again if needed though

I ran across this product and had to try it. I have tried every nasal strip known to man. They either didn't hold or if they did i pealed several layers off my nose every morning. This product is easy to use and good quality. I've never had one of the magnets fall off before morning and i don't even press them on very hard. They cost more than the regular nasal strips but in my opinion they are worth it. I'll never use anything else

I ordered the starter pack and am on to my first pack of refill tabs. I have a deviated septum and these help open my airway for sleep and exercise. I tried Breathe Right strips first but didn't like them because the adhesive goes all the way over the bridge of your nose and was painful to remove. They also didn't stay in place and generate much more plastic waste. The Intake system solves these problems and they work better to open up my nose. Well, I thought it comes with 1 size, but it contained 4 plastic parts with different sizes which I like. Is it good for sleeping, yes, but not perfect. But I find it really excellent when it comes to sports, it's better than many other nose breathing solution. It just takes few tries to find your sweet spot. Also I find the stickers to stay longer even if I sweat compared to the nose strips.
