For slicing fresh bread slices very good.. Still need a different bread knife to cut loaves in half or quarters. To be honest, I would definitely recommend using this one for the slicing to make sandwiches. I’m an artisan bread maker for farmers markets and will be using this all the time for my sample giveaways. Really like it a lot!
