Currently 254 with the XXXL and actively losing weight. Fits perfectly and I can almost stretch it past the Velcro. By 225-30 I’ll get a XXL. I love it and I will say it rolls a little bit at the top but I have a short torso, so it wants to go higher than available.

Its not only helping to snatch my waist but helping my back. Im a hairstylist and sometimes wear it at work for 4-5 hours and i feel great. Really helps with posture as well, it allows me to sit up right and tighten my core which brings the waist in. I bought a 3XL because i know how tight these can get and im glad i did. I give this waist trainer 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because it actually works. It helps control your appetite because if you over eat then put the trainer in. It's very uncomfortable and causes you to have heartburns. So, don't do that. If you stick to eating small meals while wearing the trainer. You can wear it comfortably for 12 hours.
