I love this waist trainer and It works just as expected. You sweat so you know it’s working. I’ve already lost 2 inches in my waist in just 1 week. I had a 39 inch waist to start, I ordered a 2XL it was super tight at first, but now it’s fitting more comfortably at 37 inch. One side makes your waist curve in more so I will rotate it next week to the other side to even it out!

Good quality waist trainer for the price. It is breathable, I’m a size 0-1 in jeans I ordered a XS! It fit perfectly. I recommend wearing atleast 4 hours a day, working out with it on even better. The trick was I put it on up near my breast first but I started clipping together from the bottom and pull it up as I got higher. It was that difficult to put on.
