While I had a time getting the order made you were fast and efficient in sending it to me. It arrived intact and ready to open. So far, I haven/t needed to change the filter but it had been a year of fairly regular use so I may change it soon. Thank you for a pleasant experience

This RO unit works great. One thing I recommend is cleaning the water bin with a citric acid (1 Tablespoon)/water (fill bin) solution periodically if you notice deposits in the bin from your raw water source. Let the solution sit for about 4 hrs, rinse with dish detergent and water then rinse with tap water 3 to 6 times. Very happy with the product.

At the beginning I saw a lot of salt staying at the water reservoir and thought it was normal, the first filter stopped working in just 4 weeks, I replaced and also started using a different source of water for the filter and the salt went away.

I can’t believe that I have lived without this device. I make coffee before work, during work, during school. When I travel, I will be able to enjoy good coffee without having to look for a cafe and pray that their coffee is dark enough. This device is a godsend. Thank you for inventing it!

Great purchase. Completely pleased with the ease and function of this. Uv plus RO was a big deal for me, plus adding back in minerals

I love my Hydrofast, however, I am having difficulty purchasing a new filter for the C100. Everyone is Out of Stock. :(

The delivery was very slow, and the product was not properly packaged, but the product itself was good.
