The ring has scratches on it right out the box that look to be under the gold plating which seems like a quality control oversight.

While the necklace is cute, the original listing photo showed it on someone, with the phone open. So, I justified the higher price as it could be worn two ways. However, when I received it, the necklace didn't hold open as shown in this video. I reached out to customer service, thinking it was faulty, and they said the one I received was as intended. They said the product wasn't "marketed" as being able to be worn open... but, showing a picture of the product doing something it can't do is false...
