Got put off by bad customer service last year, but it has improved a lot. I recommend these items for fun jewellery. The space man is fab. He’s quirky and lovely colours. The ring is beautiful. The size chart is WAY off. I'm having to buy tubing to size the ring smaller to fit on my thumb. We measured my finger and used the size chart on the website. Worth the ring, it's beautiful. I'd fix the size chart though.

This packaging did lead to the necklace getting tangled due to the different sizes pieces on the necklace. I had to spend a bit of time untangling it. Would be a 5/5 except there are tiny mock “prongs” around the amethyst heart that don’t function as prongs they are just… stuck pointing up. You can see them in the photo, they are sharp. And they kinda hurt. It digs into my adjacent finger and makes me aware I’m wearing it. I love the whole set and everything else is 5/5 but this? Man every time I wear it I feel the prongs. Otherwise, a perfect set tho!
