I have never received the product. I ordered and paid for it two months ago. It says it is in transit still. I have contacted Nuvex multiple times and I have received no reply. The customer service has been terrible and contacting you has been impossible. I am really not happy with what has happened. My order number was #4200

The quality is good, they adjust correctly and the patches last all night, they have to tighten a little which is a bit annoying.

The massager is very good, vibration and infrared treat a sore knee, I use it every day, sometimes 2 times a day. I recommend!
