Great customer service! I explain this in the video, but basically I ordered this cup for my best friend and when it came in the white piece that holds the straw on the lid was broken just from the shipping. I contacted the shop and right away. They sent me a new one no questions asked and I got to keep the original cup and they even sent me a discount code for the inconvenience. Highly recommend the shop the cup is perfect thank you.

The mugs seems to be to sturdy and of amazing quality, customer service is great and I heard from her by mail within a day. She was very kind and patient with questions. I would definitely order again, perhaps next time the smaller mugs. I am already much more hydrated. I’m not really using them for cold drinks so I cannot say how they work for that but for just normal water it seems to be great. My kids also love it. Thank you!
