We got the whole family pack and we love them! One arrived with a broken straw but customer service responded immediately and sent us a new straw. We haven’t tested with hot drinks but definitely keeps cold drinks cold. I also like that they fit in my car cup holder and the smaller ones fit in the car seat cup holder for the kids. The first day they arrived my daughter was super excited for this cup because mermaid. Then we just put plain old cold water in it and she hasn't put it away except to sleep for weeks. Stays cold for a long time, i forgot it in my truck one day at work and wheni got home after a 12 hr shift she still had cold water.
