Can’t really share my experience so far as tumbler arrived with a broken lid unfortunately, I contacted customer services and straightaway they have shipped me a replacement lid, I am waiting for it to arrive, I can say that the tumbler is amazing quality, the writing looks amazing, the tumbler looks like it’s going to be solid, can’t wait to get the lid so I can gift the tumbler to my wife. I got the products in a decent amount of time the email updates as to when my order was shipped to when it arrived at my po box was very helpful since it is a bit of a drive for me to go to my po box.
