I agree with Trish, I ordered the pistachio and chocolate ice cream and it was horrendous. I've never been so confused about whether the food I was eating is actually food. There were extremely chewy white/black/brown bits that had no resemblance to pistachio. I'm genuinely quite upset.

After sorely missing the double choc frozen dessert, I was looking forward to having Pana icecream again. Damn sorry I even went there - the cost is over the top and then there's the terrible plasticy texture due to vermicelli being included! I took one bite and spat out this chewy thing in my mouth - re read what the ice cream texture was meant to be - and went in for a couple more scoops to see what the heck was going on - definitely something went wrong and there is these large white bits of foamy plastic that are no way edible - factory malfunction -

I love pana chocolate and ‘ice cream’.
But I’ve noticed some contain carrageenan.
My previous research indicates that it should only affect people with IBS or similar complaints, but it also causes my asthma to flare up.
I have both problems, but it is my asthma that it affects the most.
Is there a legitimate reason for including it in your products? Can it be omitted?

I love the dark hazelnut chocolate and was surprised to see almost 3 times the amount of sugar in the spread.
I had been looking for the ingredients list on the website, but I could not find it.
