The person helping to customize the product was very good and responsive. I didn't realize how long it would take to create and ship as it comes from Eastern Europe. When the package arrived a piece was bent as it was sticking through the cardboard box. I'm not sure if a larger box would have helped or maybe if they just protected protruding elements of the piece. I will carefully bend it back into place. Overall I am happy with the purchase.
