Fantastic shaker bottle. You can tell just by the feel it's great quality material. Also I like that it's a little bigger than normal, allows for more protein! ONLY gripe is I wish it had that loop handle that's normally behind the lid flap so I can carry it with a finger. But that in no way is a negative. Definitely will be getting a couple more.

Just the right support you need with infinite micro adjustments due to the velcro. In my opinion, when in doubt on size, go a size smaller than you think or what your support belt is, just do to the build of the belt, you can only cinch so far down.
