I am 64 years old. Retired as a competitive powerlifter in my 40s, but have continued to do the powerlifts to this day. However, I have severe stenosis in my spine and came close to spinal fusion a year ago. I have slowly been able to build strength back in squats and DL, but I could no longer use my powerlifting belt. It hurt more than helped. BUT!!! This evolution belt is perfect for my stenosis. It supports a wider portion of my core than the powerlift belt and is not as rigid as the PL belt....

I have used my sleeves at the gym and they worked great. I have very little cartilage in either knee and neoprene sleeves tend to bunch up behind my knees and irritated them. I had no such issues while doing my squat workout. Very comfortable to wear.

This belt is ultra high quality. Extremely well made and the Velcro is very strong. I have had traditional lifting belts in the past and always found them too restrictive to the point of causing misalignment. This belt is perfect in that it boosts intra abdominal pressure and also has enough stretch to allow for a tightness like a traditional belt with the flex to feel more natural.

Excellent quality. The grip is amazing (both inside and out). Sizing was spot on by ordering one size smaller. I could even consider two sizes smaller for a super snug fit but the inner grip holds it in place without sacrificing comfort.

The best shorts for taking your training to another level. The tightness of the shorts really helps with engagement out of the hole on the deadlift or any other high pressure bracing lift. My favorite part about this shorts is using them for contest, can be very tricky timing warmups back stage to your contest opener. Love the elbow sleeves, ordered a size up from my normal measurements because they run tight. Materials are great , even with a size up is a little hard to put on but it’s because of the good thick materials and it will probably losen up a little after multiple uses. Would recommend it, especially people with elbow issues like myself (tennis elbow).
