Hi there, My first order was 10 packets short in each box, each box only contained 20 instead of 30 packets as labelled on the box. I wrote requesting the short fall of 50 packets to be sent to me and as yet I have received nothing! The amount of of mg that was advertised is inaccurate, according to web side will 2 pills per day but 2 pills per day are half of the amount recommended by your website, this means that the product that should last 2 months is approximately for 30 days. I had 5 bottles of capsules and had nearly used one and you insisted that I had to pay for my next subscription. I still had over 4 months supply. You would not let me cancel and now I have an additional 5 months supply. I have not noticed any improvement by taking this supplement and I wanted to give it a couple of months before continuing with my subscription. Why do you keep cheating me out of product?????? The ad says 30 pouches and the box says 30 pouches but there are consistently only 20 pouches per box. I am sending some pouches to a lab along with some pills. As much as you CHEAT, my guess is the pouch has fruit juice and the pills are probably filled with corn starch!! I had horrible experience with the product and company! I tried to cancel on many occasions and still got shipment of 3 boxes today! I spoke with the person( in India) and she assured me it’s canceled. Than I followed instructions via email to cancel last month and here we are! I get more today . Very disappointed, unhappy .
