Good product that I’ve been trying to cancel it for four months and they’ve told me it’s canceled and they keep billing my card and shipping it. I keep trying to reach out to the company and can’t get anything done.

How am I supposed to know if it’s doing anything taste like Kool-Aid? I don’t see no difference. PS plus cancel my membership. Do not charge my card. No more please stop.

Why was there another charge to my card today on November 2nd. I canceled any further charges regarding this product back October 2nd. There was a thread that shows that there's a cancellation I am not paying for this product.

Uncertain yet. Giving it a full month in use before I decide. On first starting, I had trouble going to sleep. I reduced the dose to 1 a day in the morning first thing. I do feel more energized.

Before I opened the second jar, I received two more, before the second reached the middle of the jar, I received again two more jar,now I have five. Now I just got an email stating that you are going to send me more.STOP! I don't want any more. Thank you.

I have asked for you to cancel my orders several times. I plan to sign a stop payment at my bank! Also, I have requested a refund on the last 2 shipments I have recieved. Tell me where to ship them as they haven’t been opened. A total waste of $60 a month. I want a response and shipping address!!

I can’t use this and they refuse to stop my orders or give a refund. I can’t use this per doctors order with my current medication adjustments. Therefore, I requested a cancellation. They questioned me and continued my order. Absolutely ridiculous and I have over 100$ that should be refunded. I didn’t even want to give 1 star… I just had to, in order to submit this review.

I have tried 3 times now to cancel this supplement subscription, but I continue to be charged and have about 8 bottles of this . Even after emailing. This is a scam

You guys have been horrible. I’ve been trying to cancel for a minute. I had to cut my card off so you guys would stop charging me horrible horrible horrible will not buy ever again.

I have tried and tried to cancel my order of Cellivida. I DO NOT WANT IT! The cancel button doesnt work, and i even tried to skip some deliveries. It said I had done that successfully, yet still I am getting over $60 taken out of my account each month and I am still getting this crap in the mail. I DONT WANT IT AND I CANT AFFORD IT!

I do not like that the sourcing is not marked on the packaging. Is it made in China? I don’t consume products that are not verifiable, and I don’t understand the concept of non transparency. Please remove me from your distribution list.
