Stop sending me your products, I do not want them anymore, I've seen no results, I'm only wasting money thanks to your company not honoring my previous email. If this continues I will seek legal assistance.

This company and product are scams, I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months and they continue to charge my card even though I have contacted them to cancel my subscription and give me my money back

I did not order a subscription and you guys keep on sending me more. Lately with every suppliment I buy online it forces you into a subscription even when you press one time purchase. It is not ethical. The product tastes fine. Does absolutely nothing. Have noticed nothing from. It.So much so , wondering if the ingredients are counterfeit.

CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY! IF I RECEIVE ANOTHER SHIPMENT, I WILL NOTIFY OUR ATTORNEY GENERAL, THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION, THIS IS MY FIFTH ATTEMPT.

I didn't sign up for on going orders and you took payments from my bank account twice and sent product . Id like you to stop sending me packages and stop taking unauthorised transactions from my accounts. I have been trying to cancel this subscription for months, as I don’t see any of the expected responses. I don’t have any more energy or see any improvement in my skin. Please cancel my subscription immediately. I just received yet another order of 2 boxes which should have been cancelled. Please contact me regarding the immediate cancellation of this subscription. I have sent you 3 separate georgia [email protected] telling you I no longer want your product and to stop helping yourself to my account and sending your product but you fail to compile or even respond . Even if I did like your product I dont want to continue because you have failed to stop taking my money without asking and pushed your product on me . Its disgusting I want it to stop .

I love the product but because you have taken no notice of my requests of withholding my order for 6 months as I have so many jars of it I want to cancel my subscription. Can you please tell me if this is done yet because if I receive one more jar i will go to the consumer rights service. I don’t want to have to do this as I love the product I just want to defer it till next year .

Not interested in receiving any more mail from you. I deeply disliked the way you do business charging me new purchases without my explicit consent and therefore it does not matter how good the product may be.

This product is impossible to cancel once you order it. I cannot find the option on their website to cancel, cannot find my account as they have changed names since I initially ordered it. Customer service simply explains how I clicked "subscribe" when I initially ordered. Beware!

The subscription is way too fast. I have 5 orders of 4 boxes each time unopened and I am only on the third box of my first order. There needs to be a way to slow it down. I don’t want to stop the subscription because I like the product. But I don’t want to keep having them piling up

Final difference and I’ve been trying to cancel this order for the last 3 to 4 months and you keep sending me the tablet. I don’t want them still stop sending them.

I cannot STOP the auto shipment, I feel like this is a SCAM website. My husband ordered this product and since has passed away last October. I have sent a letter, returned product twice, sent emails, and nothing happens! I am now going to have to CLOSE my bank account to stop paying on this product! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Honestly, I cannot say I’ve noticed any difference since I’ve been taking the product. I must say the the top of each packet is made to look like it would twist off easily and fully,, but it doesn’t. If I don’t have a pair of scissors handy to cut off the top, I usually lose a portion of the supplement trying to get it out.

I've been calling customer service. NO RESPONSE. I've emailed at [email protected]. NO RESPONSE. I wanted to cancel subscription and every month I keep getting pills & charges to my bank account. I've had tragedies in my life and not able to do this. The product might be amazing but not for me.

I only ordered the product once and you had a box checked off and I had to uncheck it. I ran it by my doctor before trying it and he said because of my diabetes, I should not take your product. I have been sent this product every month, 2 at a time...even though i have canceled this product...they will not stop shipping it...it will end up costing u a fortune and u will have 50 of these containers in a drawer

I ordered first in august but it never arrived on my address in Netherlands. You have been so kind to send me a new kit on Thailand where I have been since 5 October. But also here it has not arrived yet so I have no idea about the product itself.

I bought this product some months ago and have only just started using it and am very disappointed in the company. On the front of the package it states that the are 30 sachets inside, I have just checked 3 out of my six boxes and there are only 20 sachets per box. So over 6 boxes I am likely to be almost 2 boxes missing. This is a scam and I will be reporting to appropriate authorities.

My wife and I have enjoyed the product.
