Connects easily and actively reads data throughout the day. The only data that isn't consistently read is stress level, which you have to manually do through the app. I love that it auto reads the data because it means that when I do open the app everything gets loaded up and I can track how my vitals were throughout the day. It’s very early yet, but I will say the sole reason I got this was to wake up early to exercise and do school work without waking my fiancée, and so far it is doing the job. I personally wish it vibrated a little harder, but so far I’ve woken up fine with it at 100%. The app is easy to use and I like how customizable the alarms are with regard to how they function and how you can schedule them.

Very useful for not missing your bus stop or train station when you're asleep.
My son tends to fall into a deep sleep when travelling by bus or train, but since he's had this bracelet, he wakes up 5 minutes before arrival.
You have to remember to set the estimated travel time.
I hope there will soon be an app to use GPS and wake him up within a radius of 1 km, for example.

provides the right amount of motivation to get up and out of bed in the morning...i have it at 85% & 3 zaps. the audible tone & vibration alert do not do anything for me. i purchased the comfort strap and the watch clip as well, but have not used them yet. I should mention that i have had MS for 25+ years and take medication that pretty well knocks me out & I deal with limited sensation which is likely why i turn up the juice!!

1. The app is customizable, so you can fully disable the snooze. Gamechanger.

the first week that i wore this watch i wasn't late to work ONCE. the second week however, sleep-me learned how to take it off... once i feel the vibration and hear the beep, i immediately take off the watch while still unconscious. i'd LOVE if the company made a more complicated watch band so that it would be harder to take off!! other than that it works amazing
