So this review is for my second Pavlok Max. The first watch stopped sending a shock so I reached out to Pavlok and they sent a new one. (Quite promptly I might add!) Too large to actually use, the clips themselves are needlessly too large to use on MOST wrists. And i have an average sized wrist. I knew it was a waste of money the moment i put it on my watch. It's width across my wrist including the pavlok and watch clips were LARGER than my men's sized galaxy watch. Save your loney and hope they do an update to the design so someone on earth can actually USE their pavlok during the day.

The shock part is great! Works like a charm. But the watch keeps disconnected from my phone in the middle of the night and it won’t register my jumping jacks to disarm the alarm. So now I just take it off and let it ring. Also the sleep tracker randomly decides not to work. I’ll set it at night and in the morning nothing. But all I really needed was the zap to wake me up and that sure works

I am unable to get my Shock Clock 3 to work etal. After calling your customer service hotline I was sent another clock. To my surprise it did NOT WORK either. I am in desperate need of a device that will awaken me. Due to 3 combat tours in Vietnam I am not totally Deft. After having a Cocular implants, I can hear however when I sleep more devises are charging and drying. I can HEAR NOTHING. I am dissatisfied with this product. My prior experience with two Pavlok devices informed my purchase expectation; however, the Shock Clock Max's build quality is substandard. Within days, the screen exhibited significant scratches, and shortly thereafter, it cracked during routine gym use. A product of this nature should withstand such typical use. Now, the device is only usable via the app, which most features aren't available there, making it almost useless.

The alarm does not shut off from the watch band and beeps repeatedly. It will only shut off if I go to the phone. It does not give me a test question with alarm setting even though I turned that option on. Awesome device. Price point is a little high for what I think personally. It does wake me up which is amazing but for ~$160 it’s quite steep. If it was ~100 shipped it would be perfect. The battery life is a huge factor. It does last for about a week but the strength of the zap has a steep decline. Do I think it’s an awesome device that mostly works as advertised? Yes. Do I think the price point is worth it? No.
