I got the Shock Clock Max and it did not charge at all. I will, however, say that I am very impressed with the service. I emailed the problem and two hours later I had a tracking number for a replacement. They even provide the return label AND envelope for returning the faulty one.

There is no reason why you had to make it so the new app stopped working with older modules. You effectively broke all old versions of the modules by removing support for them in the app. And the customer service person had the nerve to say it was a curtasy. It is NOT a curtsy to fix a problem that you intentionally made. It's not a curtasy to sabatage my product and claim you are doing me a favor by sending me one your app still supports. This is planned obsolescence and it is bull shit!

Love that Pavlok wakes me up and makes me feel like my morning is productive no matter what amount of sleep I get I get up and it’s great for people with hearing loss or issues hearing and for heavy sleepers. My only complaint would be that the band I purchased makes it far too easy to take this off and continue to sleep. And if you have arm hair it sometimes pulls but otherwise it’s a great product!

Honestly, it doesn't need to be a "Smart" watch or have a screen. If it does have a screen, touch screen is preferred. However, since it's just a shock watch, I prefer the one without a screen, but still having the heartbeat sensor and sleep functions via the app. If the app was a bit more sleek and user friendly, it would be awesome. Something like a smart watch would have, but make it look more like a watch.

It woke me up, noise doesn't work too well to wake me up, but the zap works. Some issues I ran into are the lack of customization options and for some reason shocks above 70% doing nothing. I'm sure these issues will be fixed in time, for now it's working for what i got it for.

It’s good. Wish it wasn’t so reliant on the app though. Having to wait on it to reconnect with Bluetooth just to stop the alarm is a real pain (literally). Adding a iWatch app would also be neat.

I love it! There are some errors with the watch resetting and disconnecting from your phone. This makes it so your alarm does NOT go off and renders the whole thing useless. It’s great for my nail biting habits and it a very effective way to train yourself to anticipate waking up.

It doesn't break immediately if I shower with it, and the alarm seems reliable so far. I liked the idea of the previous product so much, if this one continues to work out, it might be close to a literal life-saver. UI is ugly and none of the guarantees are there yet. Feels strange wearing two watches when the only purpose of one of them is to electrocute me, if it showed my texts and caller ID, I'd wear it over the Apple watch, no question.

It is very good I am a fan. Works well connects to my phone easily although can support the majority of features by itself. App keeps glitching as in when I slide the sleep to wake up it freezes and I have to shut off my phone. That is the only way to unfreeze the screen to be able to use the app again. So far as a morning wake up device, this is doing pretty well. I mean it is waking me up even before the alarm due to light sleeping stage mode turned on. Now, if only I could be productive with the extra time then miracles do happen. But this watch is really great for the basic function of helping me wake earlier.
