This is a truly exceptional coffee. As someone who avoids acidic/sour coffees, I wanted a purely sweet, jammy profile, and this Anaerobic Natural blew me away. It literally tastes like a rich chocolate and caramel dessert topped with sweet summer berries. The aroma when grinding is incredible, and the cup is thick, syrupy, and full of sweet fruit flavors with zero acidity. Yes, it is a premium bean, but the complex flavor profile makes it worth every penny. A perfect cup for treating yourself

I have been looking for a coffee that is fruity but has absolutely zero harsh acidity or sourness, and this Honey process bean delivered exactly that! Brewed it on my filter coffee maker, and the red fruits and caramel notes shine through beautifully. It has a very smooth, honey-like sweetness that lingers in the mouth, just as the tasting notes promise. If you want a sweet, comforting, and fruity cup without the tartness, this is an excellent choice. Great value for the quality

Awesome coffee! The chocolate notes are very present and the caramel flavor is on after taste notes using the Blooming profile with a longer pre infusion. Great value for the cost!

It was the first time I ordered from Buraca, not expecting much. But they truly surprised me with the filter roasted Brazillian. The beans did not look all the same colour, with some black spots on some faces of the beans, so maybe there's some room to improve there. But the taste of the coffee and its smell was amazing. It was indeed a cocktail of tastes.

Ordering was easy and the beans arrived at my doorstep the next day! Nice variety of beans, still deciding on my favorite. Will order again.
