I actually haven’t used the cake mix yet but my granddaughter, who has celiac, came and we used the cookie dough to make chocolate chip cookies. She was so excited! She said the flour tastes good! The dough tastes good! I don’t think I’ve ever had a better cookie! Absolutely loved them and so did I. Tomorrow we make bread. Excited about that. Loved the cookbook. It’s hard for children to deal with celiacs and I am thrilled to have found a product that makes her happy.

I have made this New York red velvet cake for 61 years. I have recently been diagnosed with celiac and made it once with Bob’s Red Mill, 1 for 1 gluten-free flour. It was OK but not delicious, a little gritty. I just made it with Jules gluten-free flour for a holiday party and it was absolutely amazing. I served it for 20 people, and they were all in shock that it was a gluten cake, raved about it!

OMG. Wow. I made this as an artisan style and wow. It turned out great. This is the best bread out there. Since 2017. I have not tasted a GF bread that want gummy, or just was blah, Not so with GFJules bread mix. I’m totally hooked. I added 2 tablespoons of garlic herb seasoning and 1 tablespoon of my dehydrated peppers. As I love slices and flavor. This bread isnt gummy, it’s fluffy, the outside crust was perfect. I LOVE your flour and have used it for several years. I do have a complaint with the delivery that I think you would want to be aware of. While the bag inside ended up being okay, the outer bag looked like it was run over. When I cut the bag open to remove the flour the stuffing of the bag exploded. I will attach pictures.

I have been making our sourdough sandwich bread with this awesome flour! Using the original sourdough bread recipe (that uses the all purpose flour), I have found if I double the baking powder and baking soda it rises just fine! We needed non yeast bread. Would like to see a 25 lb available in the future! The whole game has voted this our favorite bread!

Used the Nada flour for the first time today. I made the Maple Pumpkin Cobbler, Pumpkin Pie Donuts and Pumpkin Cookies. All recipes used from the gf Jules Thanksgiving recipe ebook. I made a couple changes like chopped pecans and pumpkin seeds for sprinkles, coconut sugar instead of regular sugar. I “gfjules-ed” a favorite Easter bread recipe that has crushed pineapple and cinnamon and some sugar. There isn’t much left! It made a medium sized loaf plus 2 small loaves. I followed the artisan bread recipe using yogurt and apple cider vinegar plus the other basics. The tricky part was knowing how much flower to use —I added some more than the artisan bread recipe until it ‘looked’ and felt right. Also using the thermometer to test for doneness as that is key
