I got this backpack to go with the roller suitcase I was getting (pictured). I opted for this one because the interior was like getting an extra carry-on suitcase, plus a compartment for my laptop and a few extra compartments for a book, chargers, snacks, etc. The water bottle holders are tight, but perfect for my umbrella in one and Brita bottle in the other. I work at Dolphin Research Center in the FL Keys and am running in the hot sun all day long! Not only is the Roamer beautiful and stylish to look at, but this little beauty is so well designed! Not to mention it being sturdy. The wheels are amazing and it’s so easy to get through the airport and the city streets. I was looking for a carry-on suitcase that was definitely within 22x14x9” and had reliable wheels. I’ve had this suitcase for about 2 months and it’s been perfect! Once a week I have a commute where I walk about 2 miles, then take a bus and a train. This has made that journey so much easier. I am writing this review at work, and I rarely leave reviews, but I really like this bag. I have not needed a work bag in a while and I was wanting a backpack that distributed weight evenly. I had a Bagsmart I loved for several years but it was starting to fall apart a bit and get grimey. So I found this new one - I was hesitant at first because I wanted the exact one I had before but this one looked very similar. And I love it! I am shocked that with all the stuff I shove in there that it can still fold up and zip up properly. It is sturdy and I like all the pocket and zipper options a lot.
