This pillow is extremely comfortable. It provides exact amount of support to your neck. In case you are using a hard pillow I'll recommend this extra soft pillow for better support. I'll take a week or two for adjustment but once you use it you'll love it.

This mattress made a sea change in my sleeping pattern. Very comfy! It being double sided has its own advantage; value for money in that sense. Not sure what the benefit of Aloe Vera treatment is but the cashmere fabric is good. The colour of the cover could have been better as it looks dull in ivory.
