Your service is excellent! The returns process was brilliant, easy and efficient. The shoes are beautifully made and are an up-market product, but...... although the sole fits very well, I step out of the sandals and cannot wear them. There is not enough grip to keep the shoe in place. I thought that the smaller size would be tighter and my foot would stay in place but unfortunately it does not.

Although these sandals look absolutely beautiful, unfortunately for me they didn't quite fit my very narrow foot. If the front piece was velcro, that probably would have been enough to make them comfortable to wear. Otherwise, these sandals looked well made and the quality of materials seemed excellent.

The leather stretches well as per the instructions and the "hairdryer trick". However, upon wearing my "Jess" sandels out and about, I didn't find them as relaxing on the foot as my Archie's thongs (which I love).
I think the Jess would be improved by a ridge that runs along beneath the toes (just like the thongs have) so that your foot device sent have to work so hard to keep the shoe on. I think this would prevent the shoe from sliding forward off my foot. The arch (I buy the "high" arch) did...
