Excellent customer service! Ordered a five-piece patio set which came quickly. Even though the containers were clearly marked "do not stack", the freight company stacked them causing damage to the sofa leg. I emailed customer service and got an immediate response. This teak set has to be the most unique dining table out there. We loved it at first sight and couldn’t find anything that would come close to it.
The set comes untreated but I spend an afternoon applying teak oil to all the chairs and table to bring out the beauty of the wood and protect it.
What you see In the image is the treated final product.
Adding teak oil is not bad and it’s a simple and very forgiving process.
I do wish they had the option to have it delivered already treated.

Putting it together was a pain bc its just an allen wrench and screws but very do-able, just takes time. Set up was very easy. Surprising how much heat it makes. The lower setting is more than enough on a cool night. The finish is very nice. We picked the blue stones. They look great in the fire light. The tank holder is nice, makes a great side table.
We chose this unit because we felt it gave us better options to either sit be the fire, is sit away from the fire but be able to still enjoy the flames.

Love the fire pit. It’s sleek, sturdy, and well-built. The glass guard is perfect for windy Maine nights and the unit gives off a decent amount of heat so it’s pretty to look at and keeps you toasty on chilly nights. It was easy to assemble and It’s refreshingly easy to change the propane tank because it simply slides out on a track underneath the unit. My one complaint is that it does not light very well. I find myself using my own lighter instead of the pilot to get it going most nights.
