Customer photo review of Trionfo Violetto Pole Bean Seeds
George W.
These beans had me amazed with how lovely the violet flowers were. I got carried away with finding ways to allow them to stretch out and color more of my yard. Then, the beans were beautiful as well: after the first small harvest, my spouse looked at them and said exactly that: "Wow, they are beautiful.". Then... The taste. They are more full-flavored and earthy than the green beans I am used to, and so far this summer I have harvested about 200 beans from just a few vines.

These are my favorite thing in the garden this year! The plants are loaded and the peppers are delicious! The variegated leaves make the plants beautiful and it’s so cool to see the variety in the peppers themselves. I’ve got solid white to solid consistent stripes throughout. Will definitely be growing again next year!

I love growing these, they all taste different! Many different opinions in the Whanau on, which one has the best flavor. 😆Really good just roasted whole in the oven.

Grow this every year and bring it inside before the first frost. It will survive another winter though not as pretty as the first. I love having the flowers in the winter. Relieves that winter groggy feeling!

I’m using the beans as a cover crop this winter. This is my first time doing a cover crop. But I love that I planted these right before our first snow, and here they are thriving! I’m hoping these will choke out the thistles that are invading my veg garden, and help my soil. So far so good!

Worked really hard to keep them warm in NE FL this year with the random cold freezes we had - but my pollinators are still growing strong January 27th and I am hoping for a great start to my dream of a pollinator garden.

Customer photo review of Brazilian Vervain Verbena Seeds
Dianne T.Verified
Brazilian vervain was new to me, as was gardening from seed in general. Took a while to really grow in size, but when it did, there was a bounty of tall stems topped with beautiful, delicate flowers. And the sparse foliage made it a great flower for cutting and throwing into bouquets for myself, family and friends. (Seen here with calendula.) Everyone who saw the flowers were delighted by them. I may be growing this flower every year from now on!

Customer photo review of Caraflex Cabbage Seeds
Jason D.Verified
Caraflex is an excellent mini variety. Heads are tightly-wrapped and sweet with a good crunchy texture. It needs a good 1.5' square given the number of leaves that it produces, but it crops quickly; I transplant in early April for a mid-June harvest. I find the size to be perfect for typical uses without a lot of waste. A single head can produce a decent batch of cole slaw, a generous number of fish tacos, etc., or you can quarter and grill the heads as a side dish. I've moved exclusively to m...

Customer photo review of Mashed Potatoes Acorn Winter Squash Seeds
Daniel R.
This was my first time growing mashed potato squash, and I’m officially a fan. It grew easily and handled the season like a champ. The real standout, though, was the flavor—mild, buttery, and smooth, just like the name promises. The texture is perfect for mashing, and it honestly tastes like comfort food straight from the garden. I’ll definitely be growing it again.

Again trying to see which dose best, in greenhouse or out in my regular garden so divided them up in half and planted both places. Both on the same sprout time, now 3 weeks later greenhouse is up a little taller but they both seem to be doing great. Very Happy with my purchase.

Customer photo review of Sun Gold Pole Cherry Tomato Seeds
Sara H.Verified
Hands down my favorite cherry tomato! Sweet with a good firm texture. Family and friends love when i share my sun gold bounty with them. I even grew an extra plant to give to my mom who is enjoying her fresh tomatoes, and also purchased extra seeds to give to loved ones. I typically don’t enjoy tomatoes raw, bc so many are grainy, mushy, and/or highly acidic, so finding a variety that i consistently enjoy straight from harvest is pretty remarkable. Will be a staple in my garden for sure!

Customer photo review of Soil Builder Peas and Oats Cover Crop Seeds

This is the first time I planted a cover crop. The seeds germinated quickly and are thriving despite some overnight freezes. The coverage seems sparse, though, and I wonder if it will work as well as mulch in preventing weeds from appearing in the spring.

Customer photo review of Cilantro Microgreens Seeds
Sharon G.Verified
I bought a growing tray and the cilantro seeds to grow micro green cilantro. It has sprouted and I am happy. The tray is on a small table in front of a window facing northwest. I am using coconut coir as the growing medium. I also grew a little outdoors in a pot in organic potting soil on the southeast side of my house. However, the hot sunny weather here killed it. The cilantro is at least as flavorful as what I have been buying in North Carolina stores.

Customer photo review of Kilimanjaro White African Marigold Seeds
Isabelle H.
Marigolds have never been my favorite. I don’t love bright yellow and Orange flowers. When I saw these I decided to give them a try. I had pretty good germination and my single plant is doing so well, blooming slowly, but surely. I love this addition to my garden and sprouted four more seedlings in hopes to grow more this year, and years to come.

Customer photo review of Zeolights Calendula (Pot Marigold) Seeds
Isabelle H.
As someone who doesn’t love bright orange and yellow flowers, but wanted to grow calendula for its healing properties, finding this variety was so exciting! I started a handful of seedlings and planted them around the garden and they have taken off growing tons of blooms per plant. I’ve been harvesting 6-7 flowers daily from two plants alone (the ones pictured here). They are so pretty and charming, very much like the lovely drawing on the seed pack. I will be growing these always! Love!

Customer photo review of Borage Seeds
Alexia A.
These did so well in my garden. The color is beautiful, and every now and then a bloom is bright pink. I didn’t realize they might benefit from staking until we had a heavy rain that weighed down the tops. Now I have them staked. They grew fast and bloomed before the zinnias I planted at the same time. I’m in zone 7.

Customer photo review of Black-Eyed Susan Seeds
Julie S.
I have always loved Black Eyed Susans and I am always looking for different varieties to try. This one ended up a lot larger than I expected and it commands attention. Stems are stiff and upright, blooms are 4-5" or more across. I really enjoy this flower a lot! I started it indoors, and planted out after frost and I am very pleased with the number of blooms so far and quality of blooms. I recommend growing this variety.

Customer photo review of 29” Tall Birdies Large Modular Raised Garden Bed
Debbie S.Verified
The summer before Covid I had converted the two beds my husband had our landscaper install and planted for attracting bees and butterflies. When, after several years, most of the plants had died off and there were far less bees and butterflies I got his permission to grow produce in those two beds. However, it had been getting increasingly more difficult to lean down in order to tend to these beds especially since we are now in our mid seventies. I've been looking into putting in raised beds th...

Customer photo review of Common Buckwheat Cover Crop Seeds
Carleen C.Verified
This is my first experience with a covercrop. I started with buckwheat and, wow, it's amazing! I live in the southwest where ammending our mostly sandy soil is a never-ending chore. This is only 3 weeks of growth and it's already beginning to flower! I plan to cut it to the ground before it goes to seed, let the tops mulch in place, then plant my garlic there. I'm anxious to see what improvement it makes in my veg garden. Vetch and crimson clover are on my list next.

Two types of hard neck garlic arrived in a timely manner. These were LARGE healthy bulbs. I am a first time grower of garlic so these have been planted in a raised bed per instructions. I added 6+ inches of dry grass, leaves to insulate and have added shoveled snow to a height of 15". Fingers crossed that the cloves survive w/o freezing.
