Thank you for asking for a review and I hope you don’t mind my honest feedback. This is my first purchase from yourselves on recommendation from another because of the way you cleanly your decaf beans. My first impression is that the beans I have received are over roasted, this is borne out by the fact that crunching straight into a bean gives a dry and burnt taste, secondly the chocolate and nut flavour, for me, is not there. I am currently considering whether I choose a lighter roasted bean...

I have had one for some time and was buying another as a gift. Unfortunately the company I chose was not the best, the product pictures on the website differ from what the delivered item is which is disappointing. Delivery was slow and I had to chase the company I would not use them again.

I was really hopefully for this, however even with a top quality grinder, the beans produced so many fines that achieving clarity in the flavour was near impossible, with various brewing methods and settings.
