The Adventurer XL is a great option for people that want a rooftop tent at an affordable price point. Also quicker setup and takedown times than a soft shell tent. When set up, has the foot print of a king size bed. Enough room for the kids/pets as well. Also is narrower than the ikamper when closed, leaving you more room if you want to have a 270 degree awning on your rack. I’ve been extremely happy with Centori. First off, their customer service has been excellent. I initially bought the XL 4 person tent but upon arrival realized it would be too big for my car. So I contacted Jo and she was happy to help me switch it out for the 3 person tent. As for the tent, so far I’m extremely happy with it. The all aluminum RTT from Centori Outdoors is awesome! The 3" mattress is super comfortable and although we haven't accumulated close to 200 nights in it yet like our Centori Outdoors Adventurer XL, we know the Pioneer is going to be just as awesome! I received the product in May and found it very easy to install in my car. I have used it a few times for camping and shared my experiences with the company. I waited until now to write a review because I have used it for a total of five camping trips. Overall, I am very happy with the tent. This tent has been amazing!! We have been using it over the last 3 months in a variety of conditions. While it is a little taller as compared to the thin clamshell tents, it more than makes up in space and comfort (so much space!).. I was able to purchase the XL version and I got the annex with it. I had shopped around and discovered this company. The quality of the material used is far superior to other hardshell rooftop tents. I was initially scared about buying the product online without being able to visually see how this would fit on my truck. We are in our 3rd year as full-time overlanders, and this is our 3rd tent, which is now a favorite.
