Looks great. It would be even better if it had a pair of shears and a small sharpie in it! (Or at least the option to add them to the kit during ordering.)

So lets talk about this rolled gauze. Because its got a bit more under the hood, its the perfect answer for any puncture or other injury requiring packing. Being able to increase its clotting factor, im all about.

Good shears. They’ll cut whatever medical application you’re planning to use them for. Hand holes are slightly small for adult male hands, but they cut just as good as my autoclaveable set I use for work.

I am quite happy with this one. I need some small bits and peices for my IFAK, and that would lay as thin and small as possible. But dont think that just because its small that it cant pack a punch... Give it a shot. You'll be glad you did.
