We got ours in today and they were even better than we hoped. The material is very sturdy and my husband loves the rip away feature. We have both of them attached to our backpacks, so in case of an emergency we just have to rip it off and get to work. Such a great price for a great product.

Contractor ripped his forearm open using a power saw. Blood everywhere. Had SkinnyMedic's FATpack- used the CAT TQ on subject's bicep, and Israeli bandage over the wound. Awesome bag for a hiking/mountaineering/climbing first aid kit. Might be too large and bulky for some people, but has enough storage for tourniqets, splint, shears and all other stuff. I like that removable zipper pocket which can be used for pills and/or band-aids. Special thanks to Medical Gear Outfitters for great service and fast delivery!

Ive kept these in my first aid kits for years. This will save you from dying from a traumatic amputation. NEVER buy the kind Amazon sells, they call them Israeli style but that means made in china with no life saving coagulant. Maybe China is hoping we will use theirs and there will be less Americans to need to be concerned. with.

I picked up a couple orange CAT tourniquets for our summer everyday bags. Also restoking some booboo items. Shipping was quick and of course teh order was perfect!

I have training tourniquets for all the tourniquets that I own, and use them in classes. I think it’s important for people to remember, it’s not just buying a tourniquet and leaving it in the wrapping, forgetting about it hoping you’ll know how to use it under stress, you need to drill with it.
