I'm a bit of a fanatic when it comes to consistency and utility in building out a kit of any kind, which is why I chose the small first aid resupply kids. While these kids were not purpose built specifically for trauma kids, yet they filled out preexisting bags and provided uniformity. What was left over from the three kits ordered went into a larger bag set up for a mass casualty event. Thanks to MediCal Gear Outfitters for fulfilling the order, and for the neat and simple packing.

I use it basically as a refill kit. Old items I'll practice with and this kit basically fills everything so I am able to prwctice with old items and replace expired items. I recommend this kit and came in sealed.

I purchased two of these trauma kits. These are attached to mine, and my wife's hunting backpacks. Although we don't expect to be injured on a hunting trip, you just never know what will happen. This kit provides the best all-around items needed for the types of injuries that could be encountered while hunting.

I love this kit. It was exactly what I needed as I was looking for a compact kit I could have on me when I'm riding my motorcycle. I also love the little boo boo kit to go with it as I spend some time outdoors and it will come in hand for the little cuts you get when hiking, fishing, or camping. The bag is solid, really small, but perfect for a backpack. The small kit is an absolute bargain for what you get. I would not use this small bag as a boo boo kit though, just store the key essentials and throw it in your pack.

I work in a distribution and trans load facility. EDC a 5x9, roll of kling and a pair of nitrile gloves in a belt pouch. Seems a 5x9 is the dressing to start for the most common cuts and scrapes encountered any day. Thanks for promoting the 5x9, included in most of my kits now. MGO pricing is competitive. The bag is well-made and durable. It's contents are more than enough to respond to a variety of emergencies. While I wish it had a better place for SAM splints, it is a thoroughly exceptional kit and simply can't be beaten for the price.

No comment. Israeli pressure pack is the standard others are compared to. Be sure to remove the outer green vacuum plastic before deploying. (Can use as chest vent). Inner bandage bag carries fine by itself.

Came quickly with no issues. Love all the products they put in it. The combat guard was the flat kind which was nice. I'm going to be adding two decompression needles, a sharpie, a patient care card, an emergency blanket, and the H&H mini rolled gauze. Possibly might add a compact piece of gecko tape but am not sure yet.

This stuff is great for wrapping things like splints or over other banadages. I love how easy it is to tear. Interestingly, while it's easy to tear on purpose it doesn't really tear on accident ever, at least not that I've seen.

It's hard to tell what's different about the gen 7 versus the older models but either way, they work great. I bought 2, 1 to carry and 1 to practice with. using the practice one i can get a pulse to stop, its definitely painful having a tq on, maybe if they were wider. I have a 3" wide ratcheting tq that is much better at stopping a pulse and comfort while in use, but in the CAT's defense, actually applying the cat is still the best, and that probably matters more. This stuff is insane. I usually skip the duct tape and carry gaffe tape, it sticks better, doesn't leave a residue and is stronger. There are times, though where gaffe and duct tape don't work. Especially if you have to stick to certain surfaces. Very economical component to wrap with pressure a 5x9 or 8x10 for bleeding control. I believe it is one of the most versatile addition to any kit. I learned of this item from Skinny Medic.
