I was really unsure about getting a weighted blanket - I thought it might just be a gimmick. But after hearing great things from two of my friends I decided to go for it. I am SO happy that I did. Have been using my mat nearly every day since I got it, has really helped relax the muscles my back. I have used the pillow for when I've felt migraines coming due to neck tension and it really helps me beat it before it gets the point I'm out of action and feel sick.
