Your product is good, but the admistration people should pull up their socks. When a customer orders items there should be checks before despatching which is lacking in your admin people.

It's an awesome product, I am very much satisfied with the results, especially to remove lime scale on Bathroom accacories.

It's a good product especially for the sticky kitchen surfaces and cleaning chimney. But I dint find it useful to remove crayon marks from the wall. All in all a good buy.

The product was up to the mark. As I wanted old lime scales to go away from the glass it all vanished by using Vooki.

Its not removing hard stains like you said,it's an ok product,useful for removing mild cooking stains with pleasant smell.Its overpriced,a normal dishwasher liquid will do the job

I followed the instructions given in the bottle and cleaned the toilet. In my opinion this product from Vooki is not superior than other well known products available in the market.

It’s not a spray so when one dispenses on a wall like vertical surface and waits for 30 odd seconds, the main liquid has drained down. So either we not wait for the 30 seconds or we have to stop it with the dry cloth which soaks it up thus reducing the liquid on the said surface for its effective cleaning. Maybe it should be a more concentrated liquid in a spray form that will stay on said surface for the 30 seconds.

It works in real as shown in reel I loved this product as it actually does what it says, go for it awsome..
