Product was received in 2 days of order. It works as promised and hard water stains on the shower partitions were removed well. However, the packing was bad and the product was delivered leaking. The sprayer bottle needs improvement as it leaks from the neck of the bottle when you spray on the surface to be cleaned

Overall, the experience with this product has been positive. It effectively removes lime deposits and most material stains, including iron residue, with minimal effort. However, certain iron stains on tiles may require more vigorous scrubbing to eliminate completely. Additionally, the heavy-duty stain remover was unable to remove burn marks from utensils. Despite these limitations, the product proves to be quite useful for general cleaning purposes.
