I bought the swing plane mate 2.0 to help with my swing and to help my sons feel correct swing positions. I have only been able to use it one time as I had to get on operation on my foot. I cannot put any weight on the foot for upwards of 2 months. However, the one time I did use it put into the correct positions. I had been a single digit years ago and got away from the game. If getting shallow is an issue for your full swing, this is the perfect tool to help you get the feel of what it is to get shallow. Also, even the half swing works wonders for your short game. I can't recommend this product enough.

I have only been using this aid for a few weeks but I find it extremely helpful. I have always struggled with understanding the pivot, specifically the correct "feel". This really helps with that. I didn’t realize that my putting stroke was too much straight back and through, causing me to push my putts somewhat to the right. With this training aid my stroke is inside the line slightly on the takeaway and down the line. My contact has improved with a more favorable release.

Not usually a fan of training aids but this one is phenomenal. Don’t even have to think… if you spend a few minutes every day doing resist, resist, relax, rotate, then you can just go to the range/course and see benefit without any conscious action. I used to be “old school” by using a rope to swing. Alas, that rope always unraveled and became useless. I love this sling! It adds another dimension to my training. I can work on balance and speed and tempo. It’s one of my favorite golf aids to use. It’s the perfect way to learn the golf SWING and how the body syncs up with the arms. Tremendous!
