The vanity is lovely but the delivery took much longer than expected. Was it worth the wait? Perhaps, as the curved profile is unique and really adds interest to the space.
Customer service wasn't great, had to reach out multiple times for updates, experienced delayed responses.

Overall, I will say that I do like this cabinet and would recommend the product. It is a true color match to my floating bathroom vanity drawers, and the color and quality of the materials are quite nice. The cons are 1) that the cabinet is a bit shallower than I would prefer, 2) there was an error in ordering and the return process to get the correct cabinet was a huge hassle (however, after much back-and-forth, a proper resolution was made by their employee, Eric. Thank you Eric.)

Good experience and the delivery was great. Didn’t take too long and was delivered on a nice pallet. The center seem where the two cabinets come together has a small gap that is a bit noticeable but other that than it look fantastic and I like it a lot.

Our experience was phenomenal. We ended up purchasing two of this vanity because it was so beautiful. Unfortunately, the shipping company cracked the vanity top not once, not twice, but three times!! However, O&N was incredibly helpful and quick with getting us new tops each time and ultimately shipping them in a way that we could get it in once piece. I would 100% buy this vanity and shop here again!

Initially did not get order/ shipping info after the purchase. After I called, a number was provided. The shipping company did not update on v their end also. That said after the unit arrived, the package was great and sturdy. The quality of the unit is fantastic. Looks great in the new bathroom!

Everything was great, except the delivery company did not notify or inform me about the delivery schedule. The vanity was in the driveway for 2 days.It could have been stolen or affected by rain and other natural elements.

We absolutely love this vanity. It's just what we wanted. Modern looking, narrow depth and useful storage.
We did wish that there had been alternative hardware available and that the 2 size handles had been mentioned. Only one was but the two large lower drawers required bigger handles. That aside we are very happy !

The vanity iteself is really very beautiful! The color of the black hardware is the perfect match to the quality stain wood.
One thing could be better is there is no option to get a matched backsplash and the installation is a little bit tricky without a guide wood.

The vanity itself is very nice. I felt misled by the 3-7 day delivery advertised on the website. The customer service reps I emailed or spoke to were vague in their replies and not very professional. After tracking someone down and hearing that the vanity would arrive about two weeks late I was pleasantly surprised when it was only about a week late. So, my complaint is all about communication. The product is exactly what I wanted.

we have not installed it yet but I have to tell you that the delivery service when leaving it in the driveway on the pallet did not pay attention to the arrows on the box and this vanity has been stored on its side. The contractor will move it and find out when they have to install it if it is ok. I am familiar with the inside packing of this vanity and I am hopeful that it will be ok. stay tuned. I have a picture of the item on the pallet so you can share with delivery team for future.

I ordered teak and thought the color would be warmer, such as I am used to seeing with teak indoor furniture. This looks like weathered teak. The on-line photo did show that the piece has a weathered look. Anyway, I am keeping the piece and I am sure it will look very nice.

We really like the vanity and top. The packaging and delivery was great and installation was easy. The vanity and top are good quality and I would recommend this product.
The reason I didn’t give five stars is because there is no overflow drain in the sink. We put it in the bathroom our kids use and I am worried they could overflow the sink. Might not be an issue but I would like to have it.
