I have made several purchases from the Airstream Life Store. I have been pleased with all of them. I really like the customer service, fast delivery and tracking. The How To videos are great. I wish they had more goodies to buy. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed by doing business with them.

Replacement cabinet latches for Airstream

I ordered 3 chrome locks for my new pottery barn AS mainly because I liked the idea of having different locks than everyone else and, chrome, why not. Once I got them I realized I have three storage units and each unit has 2 locks so I only ordered 1/2 of what was needed. Air Gear didn’t have three more locks with matching keys in stock so we’re nice enough to let me return the three I got for 6. Very easy to install and looks great and the keys don’t stick like the factory ones.

Love the product and plan on buying the 75ft hose on the future. The only issue we had was with shipping. We were notified delivery date was on a Saturday, unusual in our rural area, and we somehow selected that a signature was required. Stayed home all day and no delivery on Saturday. It was delivered on Monday. Carrier was FedEx.

We most often travel in our Airstream with the propane active to keep the refer cold. (Pro and Cons have been discussed ( ad nauseam.) On "Air Gear" email ad we saw the product : Gas Stop Gas Safety Shut Off system. Ordered, received quickly, and installed in a jiffy after watching the video a couple of times. No leaks! Have not traveled with these units installed yet, but feel much safer traveling with the propane turned on for the refer. Great product ! Highly recommend it ! ...

Bought a 4 lock set to replace the latch on the battery box and the locks on the stabilizer switches, water fill and outside shower door. The quality of the locks is good and it only took a couple of minutes to swap out the existing locks - with one exception. The box for the stabilizer switches (our Airstream is a Globetrotter - I know not all Airstreams have powered stabilizers) is fairly shallow and I had to trim the end of the screw to fit it in. Other than that, it was a piece of cake.

Locks were easy to install! My biggest concern was for the security of my lithium batteries. I store the camper in an inside, secure facility but someone dented my propane cover: I believe they were looking at how they were installed. . They are now more difficult to steal, anyplace I park the Airstream! Nice to also know someone will not introduce substances in my on board water supply. Thanks!

After purchasing this tire monitoring system, it makes me wonder how I got by without it for the forty years I've owned Airstreams. I recently had a Good Samaritan flag me down on the interstate to tell me I had a soft tire on my trailer. Because of this Good Samaritan I was able to pull over and change the tire before it was completely flat. Perfect fit. Easy to install. Instructions were clear. Nice to add a lock to my battery box and have that and all Utilities door locks (motorized stabilizer jack controls, exterior shower, and fresh water) keyed to the same key.

The nightstand latch on our 2020 Flying Cloud 26’ Airstream gave out! No thanks to NY roads ( no offense). Just some really bumpy, but beautiful areas around the Finger Lakes. Easy order, easy fix! We ordered extra, expect the same eventually, for other not so perfect roads.

The Micro-Air Easy-Touch RV 350 Digital Thermostat is better than advertised. Easy installation/set-up literally plug and play. Once plugged in the thermostat quickly finds everything that your HVAC system has…AC, Heat Pump, EM Heat etc. Thermostat settings are easy to use….how to videos from Air Gear and Micro Air are a good resource. Bluetooth and or Wi-Fi works really well.

It's nice to know Air Gear has our backs but it's disturbing Airstream can't provide a dedicated key. I guess if your only spending $125k on a FC your not entitled to your own key.

I really like the the latches. Air gear was awesome. I was a little disappointed in that I had to use some of my original components but paid for new components. Thanks for the rubber gaskets because out of 4 that I changed out only 1 had the the gasket. Thanks again. Great video

Well I ordered the 50 foot hose just in time - we arrived at a campsite with the water spigot some distance from the trailer and the hose was long enough to reach. It is easy to store when traveling. Happy with the hose.

This water filter has made all the difference in our camping. My partner is extremely picky about the taste of water. Before getting this filter, we were loading several gallon jugs of water from home for every trip. Great response to an issue I had with the battery box lock replacement. The length of the replacement locking tab was shorter than the original lock. AirGear was able to find me a longer replacement tab and send it to me at no additional cost. Terrific response and service! Thank You for solving this issue!

One of the locks on our trunk was completley broken. We ordered 2 of these so they would match. It was very easy to replace the old and ugly locks with these. I was able to do it very quickly, took about 30 minutes for both. Best part: It looks great!!! So much better than the original!

Installation of this was super easy, just like the video. Bluetooth works well in the trailer. Haven’t been able to get the WiFi to work, and calling the manufacturer is next. Like it so far and will love it when the WiFi works!

Order arrived in a timely manner. New locks were easy to install, although I had to use parts from my old locks to make the new ones compatible (2017 Flying Cloud 25RBT). New locks function and look fantastic, and all five are keyed with the same key which is really convenient. Highly recommend this upgrade.

Got the Car Generator for an emergency supplement to our Lew Farber installed solar panels and lithium batteries. One of our original locks was jammed, so we were compelled to buy new ones. Fortunately, I had just read the newsletter about 8 things to upgrade your Airstream with. Bought them. Installed them. Used the original cams as stated in the instructions. They do look better, but the action on them is quite smooth. A nice improvement over the originals to be sure. They look great too, but nobody will really notice them much behind our propane tanks cover. LOL.

The teak shower mat fits perfectly and is a fantastic addition to the shower in our Pottery Barn. It is very well made and should last a long time. They are expensive but well worth the money.

The sensor package works great and it is such a relief to have pressure & temperature monitoring of the two tires on our Caravel. Easy install and easy to read the data off the screen. One thing - it takes a minute or two for the transmitters to pop-up on the data screen. So don't worry that something is wrong. It's not instantaneous. And they appear one at a time not all at once.

I actually like the replacement key better than the key that came with the Airstream. It fits the key ring better because the key bow is smaller and the hole for the ring larger so the key hangs correctly from the key ring.

The Lock fit perfectly in the original cutout. I did have to transfer the swing arm from my old mechanism to the new lock. The new swing arm did not reach the wall of the opening. The new mechanism looks much better and operates more smoothly than the old.

We had two white style water hoses begin leaking after 6 months and they were becoming a challenge to roll them up. We have purchased the what I call the blue curly hoses twice. They work great and are easy to store. Great product.
