I had been liking working on the painting, however last week I discovered that they had not sent along one of the colors indicated on my painting. I called and left a phone message last Sunday. I sent an email on Monday. I phoned again on Tuesday. On Wednesday I sent another email. It is now Thursday evening and I have heard nothing back. Then this afternoon I received this survey. This is extremely frustrating and I find it very unprofessional that I have heard nothing from you.

I love being able to support an American company and the speed of delivery! I've been satisfied with the canvases and the finished products. The only issues I've found are with the drills popping off even as I'm working on the project. I always have to go back through after completion and replace several drills. Otherwise, I'm a satisfied customer!

I love the colors and the drills fit together very nicely, but it would be nice if you thought about using poured glue instead of the sheets. That would eliminate the creases in the glue which is very frustrating. Otherwise, I am very happy with your products!

The painting was of great quality. The drills were uniform in size and without many defects. That said, because it was a custom photo, shadows were present and distorted the background color and therefore were included on the canvas print. No one was at "fault" for this, rather it was just the way the photo uploaded. Since the background was actually a solid color, I preferred to paint it as a solid color. I did request extra drills so I could accomplish this at no charge to me. Thank you kindly...

The finished product did not match the image I uploaded and was severely zoomed and off center. I contacted the vendor and requested they reprint and they did not respond. In addition, this product is NOT made in America, it came from China. I will NOT be ordering from them again.
