I have used this while sitting on the couch and I really like it. The only downside is that if you want to use the heat feature, it turns off after 15 minutes. I want to use this for about 4 hours, so 15 minutes is not long enough. I haven't use it for a ton of time, but I am happy with the price and what it does for me.
