I absolutely love my necklace! It’s exactly as described and shown on the pictures. I ordered the 16” length and I only wish I ordered the 14” instead as my clavicles are kinda “on the way” for the name plate to lay down nice and even. Because of this, the 14” length would have been the perfect length for me but it’s not the necklace’s issue, it’s me!😆 It is really a pretty piece, go for it!🙌🏻

I ordered a necklace with my children in a heart pendant on the 16th of April. I received the necklace about 3 weeks later and it was the wrong necklace with a elderly Hispanic woman on it!! I have emailed several times to resolve the issue and still haven’t received my correct necklace or a refund. I really would like the correct necklace but something needs to be done to correct their mistake.

I love your bracelet if you haven't noticed I have purchased a few of them and one of the reasons is my granddaughter tends to keep breaking hers it gets caught on her shirts jackets and bed covers so they break very easily and so does minds its catches on my covers and pillows but overall their nice
